Annual Kickoff Meeting
When: September 25, 2009; 6:30-8:30pm
Where: Hephzibah Children’s Home; Dining Hall (meal and meeting); Pavilion (kids can play here after the meal, if you prefer)
What to bring: Drinks, Vegetables and Desserts - BRING ENOUGH FOR YOUR FAMILY AND OTHERS (Association is providing fried chicken, ice, cups, plates, and napkins)
Please plan to attend our annual Association Kickoff meeting. This is one of the most important meetings of the year for the Association.
In addition to having a great meal together, you can talk with other parents and groups. You can also ask questions about the Association, etc.

Your children are welcome to stay in the Dining Hall after eating. You may also take advantage of the Pavilion and playground, which are located on the opposite side of the Hephzibah campus.
